Experience Pathways:
Early-Career / Fellowship-Trained Surgeons
- Recently completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle
- Desire to build a growing service line backed by Duke Health
- Expected to perform surgeries across inpatient and outpatient settings
Experienced Surgeons (5+ Years)
- Opportunities to expand programs, lead initiatives, and contribute to service line growth
- Ability to participate in leadership or quality/outcomes efforts
- Experience in high-efficiency surgical environments (e.g., outpatient or ASC-based arthroplasty) is highly desirable
- Expected to perform surgeries across inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle (required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
