Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Hand Surgery to become a part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a unique chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship.

Position Highlights:

  • Become a member of a bustling practice featuring over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants.
  • Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows.
  • Participate in a collaborative atmosphere centered on patient care, research, and educational initiatives.
  • Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $450,000 - $550,000

The compensation range mentioned above includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the specific department's compensation plan. The starting base compensation range, which is adjusted according to experience and/or faculty rank, is anticipated to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
