What You’ll Do

• Provide orthopaedic surgical coverage specifically for trauma and general orthopedics, including fracture and sports injury management
• Handle emergency call duties, responding only when requested by ED, with no spine cases involved
• Participate in on-call coverage on a rotating basis, providing consults as needed
• Manage patient cases efficiently in a fully digital radiology environment
• Collaborate with orthopaedic PAs and a comprehensive surgical team
• Support wound care clinics managed by general surgeons
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level III trauma facility

What You Need

• Active Michigan medical license, MI CDS, and MI DEA accreditation
• ABOS Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery (must have active certification)
• Experience in Total Joints and general orthopedics preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
