    Description

    The Orthopedic Clinical Specialist coordinates all aspects of the patient's clinical journey, including clinic appointments, surgical scheduling, and ongoing communication between patients and the care team. This role serves as the primary administrative contact for orthopedic patients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and compassionately. The specialist optimizes and manages provider's surgical templates and schedules and coordinates all activities leading up to surgical procedures. This position supports high-quality patient care by facilitating efficient workflows, maintaining accurate scheduling, and ensuring a positive and safe patient experience throughout the continuum of care

    Required:

    High School or GED

    Work Experience and Additional Information

    Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical setting.

    • li">Problem-solving skills and adaptability to respond to last-minute changes, cancellations, rescheduling needs, and urgent patient inquiries.
