We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our team. About Our Practice

Our organization, a leading orthopedic and spine center in Southwest Montana, consists of ten dedicated physicians. We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive specialty group. Our fully owned ancillary services include:

• Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
• X-Ray and MRI services
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
• Two Urgent Care facilities

With four locations, 11 physicians, and over 100 staff members, we also operate an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a unique chance to become part of a physician-owned practice known for its clinical excellence, innovative approaches, and strong ties to the community.

Position Details

This role offers eligibility for partnership after one year, along with opportunities for property and Ambulatory Surgery Center investments. We provide a competitive salary and benefits package during the first year prior to partnership approval.
