Position Overview
Start: January 2027 (experienced) or September 2027 (new graduates) Replace established hand surgeon with built-in case volume Immediate referral network access Employment term: 1yr employed salaried position + productivity bonus Mentorship + transition plan 3 year Partnership track for new grads: 1 year employment, 2 year associate contract ER Call Averages 1:5 between two local hospitals Relocation assistance- $5,000
Employment Compensation Structure
1st year: Base Salary: $300,000–$350,000 Productivity Bonus: 30% of collections beyond threshold Expected Year 1 Collections: $800K–$1M+ Long-term Income Potential: $800K–$1.2M+
