You'll manage the full spectrum of musculoskeletal care — from acute injury through surgical support and long-term recovery — in both outpatient and surgical settings. Your Day-to-Day
- Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures and deliver pre- and post-operative care
- Order and interpret imaging and lab results to guide clinical decision-making
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
- Perform joint injections, splinting, casting, and other hands-on orthopedic procedures
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and long-term musculoskeletal health
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current New York state licensure and national certification
- DEA license or eligibility
- Orthopedic or related clinical experience preferred
- Experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
