You'll manage the full spectrum of musculoskeletal care — from acute injury through surgical support and long-term recovery — in both outpatient and surgical settings. Your Day-to-Day

  • Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
  • Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures and deliver pre- and post-operative care
  • Order and interpret imaging and lab results to guide clinical decision-making
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
  • Perform joint injections, splinting, casting, and other hands-on orthopedic procedures
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and long-term musculoskeletal health
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current New York state licensure and national certification
  • DEA license or eligibility
  • Orthopedic or related clinical experience preferred
  • Experience with fracture care and musculoskeletal imaging is a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills
