Qualifications:
Degree:Graduate of accredited PA program by the ARC-PA or predecessor/accredited body
Certifications:NCCPA
Licensure:Hold or obtain license from Iowa Board of Physician Assistants
Experience:Four or more years of experience preferred, Ortho Surgeon willing to train
