Key%20Responsibilities:

The%20following%20are%20the%20primary%20duties%20and%20responsibilities%20of%20this%20role.%20Other%20related%20duties%20may%20be%20assigned%20as%20needed%20to%20meet%20business%20needs. 

• Responsible%20for%20proper%20measuring%20and%20application,%20education%20on%20appropriate%20use/care,%20and%20providing%20accurate%20information%20to%20patients%20and%20Health%20Care%20practitioners%20%28HCPs%29%20on%20expected%20outcomes%20resulting%20from%20the%20use%20of%20orthopedic%20soft%20goods,%20functional%20bracing,%20bone%20growth%20stimulation,%20and%20all%20other%20Enovis%20products%20as%20prescribed%20by%20physicians/HCPs%20at%20the%20orthopedic%20practice.

• Coordinates%20patient%20care%20for%20follow-up%20brace%20fitting%20appointments,%20as%20necessary.

• Provides%20routine%20customer%20service%20to%20patients,%20physicians,%20physician%20assistants,%20and%20other%20clinical%20staff%20following%20established%20policies%20and%20procedures.

• Verifies%20patient%20benefits%20using%20automation%20tools,%20including%20pre-authorization%20and/or%20upfront%20collection%20of%20patient%20responsibility.

• Serves%20as%20a%20liaison%20between%20the%20customer,%20Enovis,%20and%20the%20Sales%20Team. 

• Responsible%20for%20achieving%20metrics%20and%20KPIs,%20as%20set%20forth%20by%20management,%20to%20ensure%20customer%20performance%20and%20efficiency%20comply%20with%20applicable%20Enovis%20agreements/contracts.

• Adheres%20to%20all%20Enovis%20Compliance%20and%20Ethics%20Programs,%20OIG,%20government%20healthcare%20regulations,%20regulatory%20policies%20and%20procedures%20set%20forth%20by%20clinic/hospital,%20and%20HIPAA%20in%20accordance%20with%20government%20agency%20requirements.

Minimum%20Basic%20Qualifications:

• A%20passion%20for%20providing%20excellent%20care%20to%20HCPs%20and%20patients,%20along%20with%20a%20strong%20desire%20to%20be%20part%20of%20a%20team%20dedicated%20to%20achieving%20extraordinary%20patient%20results.

• Minimum%20of%201%20year%20of%20experience%20in%20a%20hospital,%20healthcare%20facility,%20clinic,%20or%20physician’s%20office,%20or%20as%20an%20independent%20contractor%20working%20directly%20in%20the%20care%20of%20the%20orthopedic%20patient,%20or%20related%20experience%20required.

• Demonstrated%20patient%20care%20experience%20strongly%20preferred.

• Clinical%20rotation%20or%20internship%20strongly%20preferred.

• Experience%20dealing%20with%20multiple%20physicians%20in%20a%20high-volume%20clinic%20a%20plus.

• Bachelor’s%20degree%20in%20a%20related%20field%20is%20strongly%20preferred.

• Must%20satisfy%20third-party%20credentialing/screening%20requirements%20to%20gain%20access%20to%20hospital%20accounts.

• Must%20possess%20a%20valid%20Driver’s%20License%20and%20current%20automobile%20insurance.

Desired%20Qualifications:

• Holds%20and%20maintains%20a%20Board%20of%20Certification%20%28BOC%29%20in%20Athletic%20Training,%20strongly%20preferred.

• American%20Board%20for%20Certification%20%28ABC%29%20Certified%20Fitter-orthotics%20%28CFo%29,%20Orthotic%20Fitter,%20Physical%20Therapy%20Certification,%20National%20Board%20for%20Certification%20of%20Orthopedic%20Technologists%20%28NBCOT%29,%20BOC%20Physical%20Therapy%20Certification,%20or%20other%20relevant%20orthopedic/clinical%20certifications%20may%20also%20be%20considered.

• Experience%20with%20and%20knowledge%20of%20insurance%20reimbursement/DME%20billing%20requirements.

Work%20Environment%20|%20Physical%20Demands:

• Provides%20patient%20care%20in%20physicians’%20offices,%20hospitals,%20patient%20homes,%20and/or%20clinics,%20etc.

• This%20job%20involves%20potential%20exposure%20to%20airborne%20and%20bloodborne%20pathogens.

• Physical%20Demands:%20Must%20frequently%20lift%20and/or%20move%20up%20to%2020%20pounds.

• Travel%20Requirements:%20Requires%20travel%20up%20to%2020%%20of%20the%20time,%20but%20overnight%20travel%20is%20not%20required.%20Required%20to%20visit%20various%20locations%20using%20one's%20own%20transportation.
