SummaryJob Description:Full Time 40 weekly hours, day shiftJob Summary:The Orthopedic Program Coordinator provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Orthopedic Service Line Program. The coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical staff and physicians with the management of the orthopedic patient population through the continuum of care. The coordinator assists with program development, managing the accreditation process and ensuring continuous compliance with the Joint Commission Orthopedic certification requirements. Analyzes and interprets data that facilitates clinical practice patterns, actively participates in areas for process improvement, and implementation of solutions that positively influence patient outcomes.4. Participates in clinical research and evidence based practice.Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:Current KY License in Nursing (RN)Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing required.
