This role integrates elective, trauma, and spine services to ensure efficient, highâ€'quality, and patientâ€'centered care across the continuum. Requirements: 3 to 5 yearsdirectly related experience Bachelors Degree Orthopedic, OR, or acute care experience required. Strong knowledge of orthopedic workflows (joint, trauma, spine). Experience working with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Responsibilities: 1. Operating Room Coordination Throughput:Coordinate daily orthopedic OR schedule including elective, addâ€'on,and trauma cases. Optimize block utilization, firstâ€'case starts, and turnover times. Escalate and resolve delays,equipment issues, and implant coordination. Align surgeon preferences with operational efficiency. 2. Trauma Program Liaison:Coordinate orthopedic trauma flow from ED arrival through surgery and admission.Collaborate with ED, trauma team, and onâ€'call surgeons. Track timeâ€'toâ€'OR and throughput metrics. Participate intrauma performance improvement initiatives. 3.Spine Program Liaison: Coordinate complex spine cases including preâ€'op, intraâ€'op, and postâ€'op phases. Alignneuromonitoring, anesthesia, and implant resources. Standardize workflows to reduce variability. Support LOS andthroughput improvement. 4.Liaison to Independent Orthopedic Group:Serve as primary hospital contact for orthopedic group. Manageexpectations around OR access, scheduling, and inpatient care. Facilitate regular communication and issueresolution. Support alignment on growth and operational strategy. 5.Crossâ€'Continuum Coordination:Ensure seamless transitions from clinic to hospital to postâ€'acute care. Coordinatewith case management, therapy, and postâ€'acute providers. Improve discharge efficiency and patient experience. 6.Metrics Performance:OR utilization and block efficiency. Length of stay and readmissions. Case delays andcancellations. Patient satisfaction scores.
