Practice Setting:
- Schedule (M-F):2 days in clinic, 2 days in Orthopedic Surgery per week
- Practice Support:Joining1 very experienced Orthopedic Surgeon, 2 NP's
- Surgeries:As many as 6 per day (based on experience), 15-30 per week
- Average Surgeries:300-400 annually per provider
- Opportunity for growth:50% outmigration for Orthopedic Surgery and patient referrals are 2-6 weeks out
- Clinic Environment: Hospital based clinic
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation:$700k+ in Annual Earnings
- RVU Production:Begins after 12 months
- Orthopedic Surgery Incentive:Provided for Sports Medicine
- Signing Bonus:$50,000 at signing
- Student Loan Forgiveness:Benefit from$90,000in student loan forgiveness over 3 years in organizational repayment

- Relocation Assistance: $10,000-$15,000, dependent on need
