General Orthopedic Surgeon

Louisiana

Practice Setting:

  • Schedule (M-F):2 days in clinic, 2 days in Orthopedic Surgery per week
  • Practice Support:Joining1 very experienced Orthopedic Surgeon, 2 NP's
  • Surgeries:As many as 6 per day (based on experience), 15-30 per week
  • Average Surgeries:300-400 annually per provider
  • Opportunity for growth:50% outmigration for Orthopedic Surgery and patient referrals are 2-6 weeks out
  • Clinic Environment: Hospital based clinic


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation:$700k+ in Annual Earnings
  • RVU Production:Begins after 12 months
  • Orthopedic Surgery Incentive:Provided for Sports Medicine
  • Signing Bonus:$50,000 at signing
  • Student Loan Forgiveness:Benefit from$90,000in student loan forgiveness over 3 years in organizational repayment
