- Favorable Call Schedule:
- Residents take first call, no trauma call required
- Call opt out option for providers 55+ years of age
- Light Academic Requirements:
- 10% teaching of medical students, residents and fellows
- No research required
- Easily attainable rank promotion standards

Compensation & Benefits:
- $700K to $750K proven earnings with no cap on RVUs
- Generous Retirement Package:$35K annual contribution
