We are currently looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Adult Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

  • Join a team of 5 Orthopedic Surgeons along with a dynamic support staff.

  • Team specialties include Adult Reconstructive, Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, and Spine.

  • Focus primarily on outpatient care, operating Monday through Friday.

  • Opportunity to participate in trauma call if desired, with additional compensation for cases handled.

  • The practice is conveniently located just three blocks from the hospital.

  • On-site facilities include rehabilitation, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and more.

  • State-of-the-art outpatient surgery center designed by physicians, owned and operated by our organization.

  • Engagement opportunities with students and residents are available if desired.

  • Utilization of Epic EHR for efficient patient management.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $750,000 to $850,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $800,000 and $1,300,000.
