The Judge Group is seeking a physician to support patients recovering from occupational and motor‑vehicle injuries. This flexible role offers no call, no weekends, and a strong work–life balance.

Position Highlights

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat post‑traumatic musculoskeletal injuries

• Prepare patients for return‑to‑work

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care

• Rotate across regional clinics (mileage reimbursed)

Clinic Coverage (Float Role)

Split between Northern Virginia & Richmond

Northern VA: Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Herndon, Manassas, Woodbridge

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution

• BC/BE in Pain, PM&R, Ortho, Neuro, or Sports Medicine

• Unrestricted Virginia medical license

• DEA + BLS/ACLS

• Strong communication and patient‑management skills
