Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical and clinical care
- Build and grow a patient panel within a high-demand market
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, imaging, and surgical staff
- Participate in practice development, strategic planning, and ASC expansion
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on long-term outcomes
- Engage in leadership opportunities within the practice
- Contribute to the continued growth of an independent orthopedic model
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
- Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon (any subspecialty considered)
- Eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee medical license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Strong surgical and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
