Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical and clinical care
  • Build and grow a patient panel within a high-demand market
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, imaging, and surgical staff
  • Participate in practice development, strategic planning, and ASC expansion
  • Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on long-term outcomes
  • Engage in leadership opportunities within the practice
  • Contribute to the continued growth of an independent orthopedic model

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
  • Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon (any subspecialty considered)
  • Eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee medical license
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Strong surgical and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
