Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity at Rappahannock General Hospital!
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic practice in Kilmarnock, Virginia. You will practice within a supportive, patient-centered environment, delivering high-quality care.
Details:
- Located adjacent to Rappahannock General Hospital, providing strong hospital alignment and surgical access
- Comprehensive care for sports injuries, joint pain, fractures, arthritis, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Offers both non-operative treatments and advanced surgical procedures
- Established referral base within the Bon Secours network
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule (8 AM-5 PM)
- Specialty orthopedics and sports medicine practice serving Virginia's Northern Neck
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Completed orthopedic surgery residency; fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma) preferred.
- Board certification or board-eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Valid or obtainable Virginia medical license.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence.
