We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic practice in Kilmarnock, Virginia. You will practice within a supportive, patient-centered environment, delivering high-quality care. 

Details: 

  • Located adjacent to Rappahannock General Hospital, providing strong hospital alignment and surgical access
  • Comprehensive care for sports injuries, joint pain, fractures, arthritis, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Offers both non-operative treatments and advanced surgical procedures
  • Established referral base within the Bon Secours network
  • Monday-Friday outpatient schedule (8 AM-5 PM)
  • Specialty orthopedics and sports medicine practice serving Virginias Northern Neck

Qualifications: 

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
  • Completed orthopedic surgery residency; fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma) preferred.
  • Board certification or board-eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Valid or obtainable Virginia medical license.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence.
