Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in General Orthopedics and Total Joint Replacement to join a well -established, hospital -employed orthopedic practice in northwestern Illinois. This opportunity offers access to a newly constructed, state -of -the -art hospital, advanced surgical technology, and a strong referral base supporting a high -volume practice.<\/span>

The incoming surgeon will primarily focus on general orthopedic procedures with an emphasis on total joint replacements while having the opportunity to incorporate additional subspecialty interests into their practice. - Perform general orthopedic procedures with a primary focus on total hip and total knee replacements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Utilize advanced robotic -assisted technology, including Mako Robotics.<\/span>
<\/li> - Perform approximately 400 or more surgical cases annually.<\/span>
<\/li> - Opportunity to incorporate up to 20–30% subspecialty procedures based on training and interests.<\/span>
<\/li> - Participate in a shared 1:3 orthopedic call schedule.<\/span>
<\/li> - Collaborate with an experienced orthopedic team consisting of physicians, physician assistants, and dedicated clinical support staff.<\/span>
<\/li> - Provide high -quality surgical and outpatient orthopedic care.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.<\/span>
<\/li> - Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints preferred, or significant experience in total joint replacement.<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience with or willingness to perform anterior approach total hip replacements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Comfortable practicing in a busy, high -volume surgical environment.<\/span>
<\/li> - Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.<\/span>
