Orthopedic Surgeon (Non‑Operative Focus) – Part Time (20 Hours/Week)
Location: Central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg, Reading, Lancaster, York)
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Call: None | Weekends: None
About the Role
The Judge Group is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). This role focuses on upper and lower extremity care with an emphasis on non-operative cases. Spine specialists will not be considered.
Providers rotate between clinics within the region, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with occupational and motor vehicle-related injuries
- Manage non-operative orthopedic cases involving upper and lower extremities
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to determine injury severity and treatment plans
- Prepare patients for safe return to work following injury or illness
- Perform surgical procedures when medically necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete clinical documentation and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience treating upper and lower extremities
- Open to managing non-operative orthopedic cases
- Favorable malpractice history
- Active DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certification

Schedule & Structure
- 20 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- No call and no weekends
- Providers rotate between regional clinics
- Mileage reimbursed
