• Oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
• Manage a clinical mix of operative and non-operative cases
• Perform surgery for upper and lower extremity injuries as needed
• Recommend diagnostic tests and determine appropriate treatment pathways
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Uphold the company’s mission and ESG goals for exceptional patient care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal recovery outcomes

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Specialty Note: Must have experience in upper and lower extremities; No spine surgeons
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Favorable malpractice history
• Active DEA registration
• BLS/ACLS certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to mentor/supervise staff
• Knowledge of techniques to diagnose/treat post-traumatic deformities and injuries
• High level of tact and skill in patient management

• 2–3 interview rounds
• Initial rounds conducted virtually
• Final round in person with a clinical shadow
