Kadlec is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints to join a well-established high-volume orthopedic practice in Richland, Washington.

This position is primarily based at the Swift clinic and is supported by a strong hospital partnership and a collaborative team-oriented culture. The orthopedic group serves the greater Tri-Cities community through two conveniently located Richland clinics providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care with an excellent referral network and efficient streamlined workflows.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule
• Mix of outpatient clinic and dedicated surgery time
• Supportive leadership and collegial orthopedic team
• Level II Trauma Center
• 16 call rotation
• 2 years of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome
• Generous CME allowance and paid time off
• Compensation is between $712,719 and $893,447 per year
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, and retirement
• As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
