Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our General Orthopedic Surgeon, you will join a highly respected multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, focusing your expertise on advanced orthopedic care at our Midtown clinic in Sacramento, CA. This shareholder-track opportunity allows you to significantly impact patient mobility and quality of life through comprehensive orthopedic surgery, supported by a robust built-in referral system and on-site surgical capabilities.

Every day you will utilize your broad training and extensive experience to perform a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures. Our clinic is less than two miles from Mercy General, where you will provide exellent care to our patients. Your role will also include participation in a shared, non-trauma call arrangement, ensuring high-quality, continuous patient care within a collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. You should possess a dedication to clinical excellence, a desire to contribute to a reputable practice, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive within a multi-specialty setting.

  • A highly competitive salary ($608,000 - $644,000 DOE with a two-year guarantee to shareholder status) plus productivity bonus

Job Requirements

Required:

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program in the US or Canada. We are unable to sponsor J1 or H1B visas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
  • Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
