Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary
- $30,000 Signing Bonus
- $18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer
- Comprehensive benefits including 8 Weeks PTO, 106% employer retirement-match on up to 4% employee contribution
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- $20,000 annual school loan assistance from employer
- A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare
- Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day
- 1:2 on-call
- On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year
- A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus
- New providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
- Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
- Open to J1 Sponsorship
