    Northwest Healthcare is the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Oro Valley Hospital in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona, just 10 minutes north of Tucson.

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
    • Full-time, hospital employed position (no locums or part-time)
    • General orthopedics with some total joints
    • Access to MAKO
    • High volume, quick ramp-up
    • A full range of specialized services, including joint replacement, sports medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing

    • Shared call with an experienced team
    • Office space available and fully equipped
    • Work in a supportive environment with access to over 100 referring PCPs and specialists
    • Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
    • Strong clinical and administrative support with experienced APC staff
    • Dedicated medical assistant from day one, with additional staff added to your team as volume grows
    • Open to new graduates or experienced surgeons
    • Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
    • J1 visa support is NOT available at this location
