    Southeast TX Orthopedic Group is a well-established, growing practice seeking an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon to join its team in Katy, Texas. You'll operate within a streamlined care environment featuring onsite physical therapy and X-ray services, keeping your workflow efficient and your patients close. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-quality surgical practice without the burden of heavy hospital call or emergency coverage.

    Position Highlights

    • Orthopedic spine surgery - 100% outpatient
    • 1-2 surgery days per week, scaled to volume
    • Approximately 20-40 patients per day depending on visit type
    • Practice call only - minimal hospital rounds, no trauma or emergency coverage
    • Full-time employed position with a well-established orthopedic group
    • Onsite physical therapy and X-ray for integrated, efficient patient care
    • State-of-the-art facilities
    • Post-training experience preferred

    Candidate Requirements

    • Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
    • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training and spine focus
    • Minimum 5 years of orthopedic spine practice experience following training
    • Demonstrated success building and maintaining a busy outpatient spine practice
    • Local candidates strongly preferred
