The expected base salary for this role ranges from $750,000 to $900,000, contingent on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $775,000 and $1,050,000.
