Baptist Hospital is hiring an Operations Manager for the Baptist Orthopedics office located at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

As a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and launch of an Orthopedic clinic at Baptist Clay.

Orthopedics Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence in the clinic.

• Possessing a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations

• A commitment to patient care

• Developing budgets and pro-formas

• Being passionate about building a successful program from the ground up.

Education, Education, & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Requirements:

• One-Two Years Orthopedics Experience Required
