Dignity Health Medical Group – Merced , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy Orthopedics Program in Merced, California.

Opportunity Highlights:


+ Monday - Friday schedule with NO weekend or night call

+ Opportunity to assist surgically in a broad range of Orthopedic surgeries (Inpatient AND Outpatient OR)

+ Blend of clinic-based patient care and surgical first assist responsibilities

+ Participate in pre- and post-operative care and follow-up visits

+ Collaborative, team-based environment with strong mentorship and support

+ Affiliation with Mercy Medical Center, Merced - a proud recipient of the Joint Commission Advanced Certification for Total Hip and Knee Replacement


Compensation and Benefits:


+ Competitive two-year salary guarantee with excellent earning potential through productivity-based incentives

+ Annual Salary: $170,000.00

+ Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Qualifications


+ _Two (2) years of Orthopedic Surgery experience required_

+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California

+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)

+ Completion of state mandated educational courses
