About the Role: 

As an Operation Services Supervisor,you’reat the helm of the airport experience—ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.You’lllead and work alongside a team of Operation Service Concierges (OSCs), driving safe, efficient, and on-time operations on the ramp. From marshallingaircraftand handling baggage to cleaning, servicing, restocking, and monitoring safety procedures, you set the tone and pace for a consistent Customer experience—every flight, every day.

A Day in the Life:

As an Operation Services Supervisor, your day begins with energy and precision. Your contributions directly support flight schedules and enhance the travel experience. You’ll:

  • Marshal aircraft in and out of gates with safety and precision.

  • Oversee safe baggage and cargo handling—loading, unloading, and delivering items with care.

  • Coordinate ramp responsibilities, including aircraft cleaning, lavatory servicing, and restocking.

  • Conduct deicing and other ramp procedures with attention to timing and compliance.

  • Monitor ramp safety and compliance, executing FOD walks and GSC responsibilities.

  • Act as the go-to leader, coaching Crewmembers, resolving issues, and collaborating with airport teams, flight crews, mechanics, and vendors.

  • Support international and domestic operations, ensuring procedures are followed to standard.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in airport ramp operations

  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds

  • Physical stamina for standing, bending, reaching

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.

Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:

  • A current and valid Driver’s license is required.
