    The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University''s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

    The OSGP Senior Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the functions and activities related to patient access including, but not limited to: front end customer service, patient registration, insurance/coverage verification (medical and dental), benefit checks (medical and dental) appointment scheduling(clinic, office, operating room, pre procedure, hospital radiology), prior authorizations for office, clinic, operating room and procedure visits. Managed care PCC referrals. and a variety of administrative duties in support of department (such as coordination of physician OR blocks and clinic schedules, handling forms, phones, EPIC messaging, emails, making administrative appointments, faxing, mailings, letters, reports, order special equipment for OR or office procedures, etc.). Communication liaison between patients, primary care office, insurances, referring offices, etc.

    Required Skills

    High diploma and 3-5 years of experience required. Bachelor''s degree preferred.
