Construction Supervisor (Telecom Fiber) Lima, Ohio
Contract Position | Company Vehicle Provided | Immediate Need
Our client is seeking a Construction Supervisor to support a major fiber network deployment project in the Dayton/Lima, Indiana market. This role will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily OSP fiber construction activities
Manage contractors and field crews
Monitor project schedules, production, and quality
Conduct field inspections and ensure work meets customer specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Track project progress and provide status updates
Resolve field issues and support timely project completion
Qualifications
Experience supervising telecommunications or fiber construction projects
Strong knowledge of OSP fiber construction practices
Experience managing subcontractors and field personnel
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
