Key Responsibilities:
Manage aerial and underground OSP field surveys for fiber network deployments.
Validate field data, identify constructability issues, and resolve site conflicts.
Mentor field teams and drive adherence to fielding standards, quality, and safety requirements.
Conduct field package audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Permitting, Vendors, and Construction teams.
Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, OSHA, MUTCD, DOT, utility, and local authority requirements.
