What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients across all acuity levels, including ICU and progressive care units
  • Address diagnoses such as cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, and mobility issues
  • Implement interventions such as ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities
  • Assess and recommend discharge dispositions daily
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary inpatient rehab team of 19 professionals

What You Need:
  • Indiana OT license and BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of OT experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

About the Assignment:
You will be working within an inpatient acute rehab team to deliver top-tier occupational therapy services. This role involves evaluating patients with a wide range of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting patient recovery and discharge planning at a busy hospital in Lafayette, Indiana.
