Job Title: OT CyberSecurity Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W2

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Analyst to support OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments across manufacturing and industrial environments. The role involves identifying cybersecurity risks, assessing OT infrastructure, supporting remediation activities, and collaborating with OT, IT, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct OT cybersecurity site assessments and risk evaluations
• Assess ICS/SCADA environments, PLCs, HMIs, DCS, RTUs, and industrial networks
• Review OT architecture, network segmentation, asset inventories, and security controls
• Identify vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and remediation opportunities
• Develop assessment reports, findings documentation, and executive summaries
• Support OT cybersecurity governance, standards alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams
• Support remediation tracking and validation activities

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial network security experience
• Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments

Strong knowledge of:

  • ICS/SCADA systems
  • PLCs, HMIs, historians
  • Industrial networking protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
  • Network segmentation and Purdue Model
    • Familiarity with NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC standards
    • Experience with vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
    • Strong documentation and communication skills
    • Willingness to travel to operational/manufacturing sites

Preferred:
• Manufacturing, utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure experience
• Experience with OT asset discovery and monitoring tools
• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID, Security+, or IEC 62443
• Familiarity with vendors/platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Emerson, ABB, or Yokogawa
