Are you looking for an opportunity to work with critical pipeline systems without spending your day programming or developing SCADA applications?

We are seeking an OT Data Validation Analyst to support Operational Technology (OT) initiatives within a pipeline operations environment. This role is focused on data verification, system validation, and documentation—not SCADA programming, HMI development, or software engineering.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring field devices, control systems, and SCADA displays accurately communicate and operate as intended before assets are placed into service.

What You'll Do:
• Perform point-to-point (P2P) validation testing between SCADA displays, HMI systems, and field devices including RTUs and PLCs.
• Verify that field inputs and control outputs are accurately represented within SCADA systems.
• Execute structured validation workflows across large volumes of data points while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate testing activities with SCADA support teams, Pipeline Control personnel, and Field Operations.
• Document validation activities, results, discrepancies, and resolutions using established procedures and tracking tools.
• Identify and escalate communication issues, configuration errors, and data discrepancies discovered during testing.
• Support Control Room Management requirements and operational readiness efforts.
• Provide feedback to improve validation processes and system quality.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Experience performing verification, validation, testing, auditing, or quality assurance activities.
• Ability to manage repetitive technical tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, control systems, or pipeline operations is preferred.

Nice to Have:
• Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Pipeline operations or pipeline control experience.
• Exposure to SCADA, RTU, PLC, or other Operational Technology (OT) environments.
