About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist at The Orchards at Northwest, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help our residents recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgery. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for conducting assessments, setting goals, and evaluating progress, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgery
Conduct assessments, set goals, and evaluate progress of residents
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Provide high-quality care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share information and coordinate care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Michigan
Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy
