Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Contract: 13 weeks (with potential extensions)
Schedule: Full-time, day shifts (40 hrs/week)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in Boston. In this role, you’ll empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and daily living skills

• Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and strategies

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts OT license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• At least 1 year of professional experience (travel/contract experience a plus)

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
