Job Title: Per-Diem/Part-Time Occupational Ther

Corona Hills Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a per-diem or part-time capacity. We are a reputable and progressive outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Corona, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs, goals, and treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to address patients' functional limitations and maximize their independence.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living training.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and home modifications to support ongoing progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Actively participate in professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practice.

Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple patient cases.
- Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical record documentation.
