Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services focused on improving resident independence, safety, and functional performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive equipment training
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support resident goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active OT license required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
