Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to support residents with functional goals related to safety, independence, and daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with rehab staff and families regarding care plans
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain compliant documentation
Qualifications:
- Active OT license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
