Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services focused on improving resident independence, safety, and daily function.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Address ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive equipment training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care goals
• Maintain compliant documentation and treatment records

Qualifications:

• Active OT license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
