Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
Conduct initial evaluations, progress assessments, and discharge planning
Utilize billing systems Net Health and PCC to accurately document patient data and submit claims
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress
Requirements:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 0 years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy theories and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Net Health and PCC billing systems
