OTC Collections BA (High Radius) FSS

We are seeking an experienced OTC Collections Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in High Radius and Finance Shared Services (FSS) initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in driving Accounts Receivable and Collections process transformation, standardization, automation, and optimization across global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
FSS Transformation
Support Finance Shared Services transformation initiatives focused on OTC and Accounts Receivable processes.
Drive process harmonization, standardization, and automation across business units and geographies.
Assess current-state processes and define future-state operating models for Collections and AR functions.
Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and enhance collection effectiveness.
OTC & HighRadius Solution Leadership
Lead business requirements gathering, process workshops, and solution design sessions.

Implement and optimize HighRadius modules such as:
Collections Management
Dispute Management
Credit Management
Customer Correspondence
Cash Application
Support integration of HighRadius with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Maps, and Test Scenarios.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process, system, and policy improvements.
Define KPIs and reporting requirements for Collections and AR operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish collection strategies and governance frameworks.

Testing & Deployment
Support SIT, UAT, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
Coordinate business testing and issue resolution.
Ensure successful adoption of transformed OTC processes.

Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between Finance, Shared Services, IT, and implementation teams.
Facilitate workshops with Finance leadership, AR teams, and business stakeholders.
Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership teams.


Required Skills
8 12 years of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.
4 years of hands-on experience with HighRadius solutions.

Strong expertise in:
Collections Management
Accounts Receivable
Credit & Dispute Management
Cash Application
Customer Reconciliation
DSO Improvement Initiatives
Experience in Finance Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC OTC processes.
Experience in business process transformation and change management initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale Finance Transformation or Shared Services Transformation programs.
Exposure to SAP FSCM, SAP Finance, or Oracle AR.
Knowledge of automation, AI-driven collections, and analytics within HighRadius.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Understanding of process mining and continuous improvement frameworks.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA (Finance) or relevant functional certifications preferred.

Expectations
Lead OTC Collections workstreams within FSS transformation programs.
Drive business process redesign and solution adoption.
Own client-facing discussions, workshops, and stakeholder management.
Mentor junior analysts and consultants.
Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and practice development initiatives.
