Job Description
This position will be responsible for SEW-related content conversion, instruction, course development and maintenance in accordance with ISD principles. Develop lesson plans, instructional aids, syllabi, visual presentations, student materials, grading rubrics, and capstone exercises.
This position shall plan, manage, develop, deploy, and sustain a fully asynchronous, distance learning version of the Officer Training Course (OTC-DL) for the 319 CTS

Required Experience:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for SEW-related content conversion, instruction, course development and maintenance
- Interface with internal and external SEW agencies as required to update and maintain SEW-based training materials
- Coordinate instructional activities with the contract task lead and government personnel
- Additional duties as assigned
- On-site minimal telework
Experience Required:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in curriculum development and classroom instruction
- 3 years of experience in curriculum/lesson development and instruction
- Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree or 6 years of experience in related field

- Applicant must hold a TS//SCI clearance to be eligible.
In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.EEO employer
