VES facility open locations

• Klamath Falls- 2 days per week needed
• Roseburg- 2 days per week needed

Provider s own office locations- Providers must have their own office

• The Dalles- 1 shifts per week (multiple openings)
• Brookings- 1 shifts per week (multiple openings)
• Coos Bay- 1 shifts per week (multiple openings)
• Grants Pass- 1 shifts per week (multiple openings)- Provider Office MUST be located in Grants Pass
• La Grande, Baker City, Ontario- 1 day per week

• Family medicine,
• Internal medicine
• Orthopedic surgery,
• Anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.

Details:

• Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing
• Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, etc, or anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.
• Two (2) options for coverage - Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice
• Option to work days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)
  
• One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
• No prescribing, no treatment
• Quick credentialing & onboarding
• DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
• Use of Goniometer required
  
• Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required
• Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
• Own personal laptop (NO MACs)
