The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full -time, hospital -employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.

  Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed first -year salary: $525,000<\/b>

  • Sign -on bonus: $36,000 -$50,000 <\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Quality bonus up to 2.5%<\/b> tied to productivity

  • Relocation allowance up to $15,000<\/b>
