Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice within an academically affiliated healthcare system. This role offers a comprehensive ENT practice with the added opportunity to participate in resident education and potentially serve in a leadership role within an ACGME-accredited residency program. Physicians will work in a collaborative environment with strong referral support, advanced technology, and a multidisciplinary care team.
Shift / Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Call schedule: 1:4 rotation (nights and weekends)
- Residents provide primary call coverage
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, and sleep apnea
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, and ear tube placements
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Participate in shared call coverage with physician team
- Teach and mentor residents within an accredited ENT residency program
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers
- Provide care at regional clinic locations as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Contribute to program development and potential residency leadership
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology (ENT) Residency Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical, surgical, and teaching skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and academic collaboration
