Job Description:

A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to serve as the primary ENT provider within a community hospital setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop an ENT service line while delivering comprehensive care for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The position provides a balanced mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, along with the autonomy to shape and grow the practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
  • Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive ENT surgeries
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care
  • Serve as the primary ENT provider and lead development of the service line
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused environment

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
  • DEA certification
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement
