Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for an Otolaryngologist to serve as the primary ENT provider within a community hospital setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop an ENT service line while delivering comprehensive care for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The position provides a balanced mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, along with the autonomy to shape and grow the practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive ENT surgeries
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Serve as the primary ENT provider and lead development of the service line
- Collaborate with primary care providers, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a community-focused environment
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical, surgical, and leadership skills
