Manage on -call coverage for assigned and unassigned patients, responding within 15‑20 minutes

Perform required endoscopic procedures, tracheotomies, thyroidectomies, and other ENT surgeries
<\/li>
Round on patients (both assigned and unassigned) and handle admissions as needed
<\/li>
Document in EMR systems (Athena and Cerner) and adhere to hospital protocols
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
